The Rooms
We have three classes of rooms, spread out across a handful of adjoining buildings.
All come with the following as basic amenities at no additional charge:
- In-room TV with ShawDirect Satellite.
- A computer desk, along with full WIFI access.
- Each building is wired with a Cell Phone Signal Booster, to ensure optimal reception in every room.
Wing 1 – Private Rooms
A comfortable bed, with a semi-private washroom (shared with one adjoining room). Washroom contains a full-size tub with shower.
Wing 2 – Private Rooms
A comfortable bed, also with a semi-private washroom (shared with one adjoining room). These washrooms have an over-size stand-up shower instead of a tub. Each unit in this wing has its own in-room sink.
Wing 3 & 4 – Executive Suites
A comfortable bed, along with a private washroom (that has an extra-large stand-up shower unit).
We have a full gym (which includes two bathrooms, with showers) and a laundry facility. These are open to all guests for common use as availability allows.
We also have a spacious, modern-looking Dining Hall.
The Chin Inn is a full-service Open Camp, located in the beautiful Peace Country of Northern Alberta. Our facility sits right at the KM-152 marker of the Chinchaga Forestry Road. The nearest town is Manning, Alberta – which is about 2.5 hours south-east of our site. We are the only full-service camp in “the Chin” (i.e., the Chinchaga / Hamburg Oilfield area).
The Chin Inn is owned by Pinnacle Services and Managed/Operated by Horizon North Camp & Catering.
24/7 access to drinks and light snacks, to ensure that those working late-shifts always have something in front of them.
Our well-staffed kitchen produces wonderful meals, both for our guests and for other locals who may wish to drop in.
